Our office accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. We offer financing through Care Credit for patients who prefer to make monthly payments on their treatment. We participate with Aetna, Amerihealth, Personal Choice and Keystone medical plans. We also participate with the following dental plans: Horizon traditional dental plan and Delta Dental. Although we do not participate with other plans, we will work with you to obtain the most benefit from your insurance.
