Our office accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. We offer financing through Care Credit for patients who prefer to make monthly payments on their treatment. We participate with Aetna, Amerihealth, Personal Choice and Keystone medical plans. We also participate with the following dental plans: Delta Dental, Horizon Traditional Plan, and Cigna Dental PPO (radius network). We do not participate with United Concordia, United Healthcare, Healthnet, Oxford, Horizon BCBS NJ Dental PPO or Horizon medical plans. Although we do not participate with other plans, we will work with you to obtain the most benefit from your insurance company."
